PeclersParis – Fall/Winter 2008-09
Harmonize opposites. Complexity/simplicity, slowness/energy.
Less is more. True function without superfl uity, embellished with a dose of design and sensuality.
Stick the pieces back together. Go into recycling to give products a new lease of life in a very creative way.
Construct. Accentuate shoulders, put the waist where it belongs, work shapes in well-balanced layers, widen or stretch to extremes. New structures to outsmart convention.
Everyday sport. Away from the stadium, active sports inspire fashion and fashion gains in performance. Aestheticism and function are teammates.
Calm luxury. Between masculine and feminine, and in half-tones, soft glamour. A new form of slightly retro intimacy to adapt to a sophisticated feminine world.
Fabrics with a story. Nature inspiration, mineral or vegetable density. A thick-shelled protection.
Classic without being classic! Authentics are lighter, adapt to climatic conditions, become multipurpose and visionary.
Street culture. Vitamin-charged energy, colour blocks, ethno awareness, arty tags, punchy graphics to reinvent the world in colour.
Good taste? Bad taste? Think out of the box without hang-ups and with a sense of humour.

> ON THE MOVE
The street culture’s influence adds vibrancy, rhythm, suppleness, and colour – the city wardrobe is packed with energy.
Graphics, logos and pictograms are in constant development and typography is used as decoration.
A mix of sophisticated fabrics and sports materials protects and comforts you in the city.
