Agyness Deyn is Jean Paul Gaultier’s ma dame
 |
| French designer Jean Paul Gaultier has announced model Agyness Deyn as his latest muse to front the new Gaultier fragrance called Ma Dame. Agyness and other East London scenesters, including best pal Henry Holland, descended on Paris this week to celebrate the launch of the perfume, which will be sold exclusively in Harrods from August 17, rolling out nationwide from September 1. |
Looks like her jeans aren’t the only thing that Agyness Deyn is taking her scissors to. In this TV spot for Jean Paul Gaultier’s Madame perfume Agyness takes to not only cutting up her wig but also ripping up her clothes too. As for the inspiration behind the fragrance Jean Paul says: “It’s my type of woman — at the same time fragile and strong, like a tomboy that is a little androgynous in attitude so, you know, she can cut her hair if she wants”. Well if that doesn’t suit Agy to a tee we don’t know what will.
